GLAZE, Justice.

Appellant was convicted of aggravated robbery and sentenced, as a habitual offender, to seventy-five years imprisonment. As his sole issue on appeal, the appellant argues that the trial court erred in denying his motion to dismiss for lack of a speedy trial. We find no merit in the appellant's argument, and therefore affirm.
