BRETT, Judge:

Lynn Eddings, appellant, was tried by a jury for the crime of Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon in violation of 21 O.S.Supp. 1982, § 645, in Case No. CRF-86-55 in the District Court of Coal County. The jury returned a verdict of guilty and assessed punishment at one (1) year imprisonment in the county jail which the trial court imposed. From this Judgment and Sentence appellant...
