In a suit brought by the gas producer against the purchaser and its guarantor for breach of the "take-or-pay" provisions of two natural gas sales contracts, the jury found that the purchaser had failed to purchase and receive from the producer the minimum quantities of gas which the jury interpreted to be required by terms of the contracts for the years of 1983 through 1988.
