ELLIS, Justice.

Appellant, Donna Steward, was charged, in a two-count indictment with the offense of burglary of a habitation with the intent to commit theft and committed theft and felony theft of a truck valued at more than $750 and less than $20,000. Appellant pled "not guilty" to the allegations. With respect to the first count of the indictment, the jury acquitted appellant of the burglary charge and found her guilty of the offense oi misdemeanor...
