FRANCHINI, Justice.

The City of Santa Fe appeals from a jury verdict entered in favor of John and Lemonia Komis in a partial taking condemnation proceeding. The City asserts that the damages awarded for loss in the market value to the remainder of the Komis's land are excessive.
