KOEHLER, Justice.

A jury convicted Catherine Williams, Appellant, of burglary of a habitation. At punishment, the jury was instructed that if they answered "True" to two or more of the habitualization paragraphs, punishment should be assessed at imprisonment of no less than 25 years nor more than 99 years or life. Having answered "True" to three of such paragraphs, the jury assessed punishment at 30 years' imprisonment as habitualized. In four points...
