Petitioner seeks review of an order of the Workers' Compensation Board that treatments he received from a naturopathic physician were outside the scope of the physician's license and therefore not compensable. Petitioner argues that the Board did not have the authority to determine that issue and that SAIF should have been required to pay for the treatments, leaving it to recover those payments later in the event that the Board of Naturopathic Examiners...
