OPINION

BLEIL, Justice.

Terry and Johnnie Stinson appeal the trial court's judgment on a jury verdict in this condemnation proceeding. The critical issue on appeal is whether written reports concerning approximately 200 gas pipeline failures should have been admitted as evidence. We determine that the trial court did not err in its evidentiary rulings and affirm the judgment.
