Defendant, Raymond Vining, was indicted by bill of information charging him with carnal knowledge of a juvenile, a violation of La.R.S. 14:80(A)(1). Defendant pled not guilty and filed a motion to quash the indictment, which the trial court denied. Defendant then withdrew his former plea of not guilty, and entered a plea of guilty under State v.
