Danny McCluskie appeals from his conviction of murder in violation of 17-A M.R.S.A. § 201(1)(A) (1983),1 after a jury trial in the Superior Court (Oxford County, Bradford, J.). McCluskie argues, inter alia, that the trial court erred when it (1) denied his motion to suppress his confession, and (2) instructed the jury on accomplice liability, and (3) failed to instruct the jury on manslaughter.
