This is a suit in tort damages against Horace Manuel, an employee of Diesi Pontiac-Cadillac-Buick-GMC Truck, Inc. (Diesi Pontiac). Manuel was test driving Mel Mallory's vehicle after it had been repaired at Diesi Pontiac when he struck a vehicle driven by Rhonda Arnaud.
