OPINION

JACKSON, Judge:

Appellant, Anna Lee Anderson, appeals an order granting appellees' motion to dismiss based on Rules 12(b)(6), 12(b)(7), and 19 of the Utah Rules of Civil Procedure. We reverse and remand.
