LARSEN, Justice.

This case involves the application of the personal convenience doctrine in a workers' compensation death case. We agree with the trial court that the evidence established the worker was within the course and scope of his employment at the time of his injury, which ultimately led to his death. We further hold that any error in the admission of a statement made by the injured man to his son shortly after the accident was harmless,...
