This original mandamus proceeding arises out of actions to modify orders in a suit affecting the parent child relationship. Rhonda Reppond, the Relator is the mother of the children. David Dixon is the children's father. Relator and Dixon were divorced by the 321st District Court of Smith County, Texas, in 1988.
