On May 10, 1991, appellant Terry L. Hunt was convicted of three counts of Possession of Stolen Property, as Class D felonies.1 We restate the issues presented for appeal:

I. Whether the evidence was sufficient to support the defendant's convictions of Receiving Stolen Property, as Class D felonies; and II. Whether the trial judge erred by refusing to give defendant's tendered instruction number two....
