Plaintiff Mary Timm appeals from a judgment entered upon a jury verdict that found defendants Ruth Cochran and Indian Springs Recreation Association (Indian Springs) not guilty of negligence for injuries to plaintiff proximately caused by defendants' failure to provide handrails or adequate warning of the lack of handrails on a golf cart owned and operated by Cochran.
