COWART, Judge.

The defendant, Ronald J. Ludeman, pled guilty to a charge of burglary of a dwelling,1 a second degree felony, and was placed on probation. The defendant subsequently committed and pled nolo contendere to a new substantive offense of possession of a controlled substance,2 a third degree felony. The trial court revoked the defendant's probation on the earlier burglary offense.
