In this declaratory judgment action, defendant Pamela Coleman (defendant) appeals from a judgment in plaintiff's favor. We reverse.

In 1990, defendant filed an action against her chiropractor, Dr. Meece, alleging claims for malpractice and reckless infliction of emotional distress arising out of 45 "coccyx adjustments."1 As a result of the treatments, she allegedly suffered...
