This case came before the court on Defendant Virginia Beach General Hospital's motion to dismiss Counts III and IV of Plaintiffs' Complaint and Defendant Schick's motion to dismiss Count IV of Plaintiffs' Complaint.1 Following a hearing, the court denied Defendants' respective motions to dismiss.2
