DRAUGHN, Justice.
Appellant was charged with the felony offense of murder, enhanced by four prior felonies. Appellant entered a plea of not guilty to the charged offense. After the jury found him guilty of murder, appellant pleaded not guilty to the enhancement paragraphs.
