The parties entered into an agreed interlocutory judgment as to the merits of this lawsuit on July 24, 1990. It was incorporated into a final judgment signed by the trial court on July 25, 1991, pursuant to South Main Bank's (the Bank) Motion for Entry of Final Judgment.
