This is an appeal by Mid Century Insurance Company (Mid Century) from a judgment on the verdict that the company violated Texas Insurance Code Article 21.21 (Vernon Supp.1981). Intervenor Libby Ramirez, a Mid Century auto liability policy holder, was awarded treble damages totalling $99,000 plus interest.
