The plaintiff below, Wilbert Thrasher, appeals from an adverse final summary judgment entered in favor of the defendants below, Dominick Stingone [Stingone] and Food Depot d/b/a Redland Holdings [Food Depot]. We reverse and remand for further proceedings.
