Appellant Darylann Baron appeals the decisions of the circuit court which: (1) upheld an Illinois State Police Merit Board (Merit Board) decision which found that she had violated a rule of conduct, but remanded the decision for the imposition of a sanction, which the Merit Board did not initially impose; and (2) upheld the Merit Board's subsequent imposition of the sanction of discharge.
