OPINION

BAKER, Justice.

In this original proceeding, relators Gabriel and Patience Uvere seek leave to file a petition for writ of mandamus directing the trial court to set aside an order granting a motion for new trial. Relators contend that the trial court signed the order after the court's plenary power over its judgment expired. We disagree. We deny leave to file.
