This case comes before us on the defendant's appeal from a judgment of conviction entered in the Superior Court of one count of robbery and one count of burglary after trial by jury. Subsequent to the return of guilty verdicts on both counts, the trial justice denied a motion for new trial. The defendant was sentenced to concurrent terms of thirty years' imprisonment on each count, fifteen years to serve with fifteen years suspended...
