CANTRELL, Judge.

This action involves an attempt by the purchasers of an apartment complex to avoid the operation of the purchase agreement because: (1) the agreement was procured by fraud; or (2) because one of the sellers violated a fiduciary duty to the purchasers. The chancellor enforced the agreement. We think the evidence preponderates against the chancellor's findings...
