The Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), Pub.L. No. 90-202, 81 Stat. 602 (1967) (codified as amended at 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-634), creates a private cause of action for persons who are discriminated against in employment because of their age. 29 U.S.C. § 626(c). See also id. § 623. Congress has provided that enforcement of the ADEA shall be in accordance with certain provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act...
