This is an appeal from a take-nothing judgment in a suit for the recovery of attorney referral fees. The law firm of Polland & Cook (Polland) filed suit against Jeffrey A. Lehmann, individually, and Jeffrey A. Lehmann & Associates (collectively, Lehmann), for breach of contract, breach of partnership agreement or special relation, and breach of fiduciary relationship.
