Barrett, (Mr. Barrett) brought this action against the law firm of Holland & Hart alleging fraud, negligent misrepresentation and deceit by an attorney in violation of § 37-61-406, MCA; violation of Rule 11, M.R.Civ.P.; and legal malpractice.
