Brent Gundersen and Herman Graulich are defendants in a federal criminal trial being conducted in Denver, Colorado.1 Gundersen resides in Salt Lake City, Utah, and Graulich resides in Miami, Florida. Both have been adjudicated indigent and are represented in the proceedings by appointed counsel. Their trial is underway and is expected to last approximately one month.
