This is an appeal from a summary judgment for appellee in a suit brought by appellant for damages for breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing in the handling of an underlying workers' compensation case. Following the award of workers' compensation benefits to appellant by the Industrial Accident Board, appellee filed suit to set aside the Board's award.
