Plaintiff, a registered nurse with Central Louisiana State Hospital, appeals a decision of the Civil Service Commission wherein she claims that she was the subject of age discrimination and that she was unjustly denied a promotion to the position of Registered Nurse Manager, as a result of a biased interview process, and in violation of the rules and regulations of the Department, the Civil Service Commission and union contract.
