Hilton M. Roy, Vickie Sue Roy Bonnette, Connie Roy, Brian Roy and Kim Roy Hayes, the husband and children of Barbara Roy, brought this suit for medical malpractice. The claim was initially against Dr. Akshey Gupta, Dr. Fernando G. Garcia and Humana Hospital. Court approved settlements were effected with the two doctors and the hospital with reservation of rights against the Louisiana Patients...
