Rita Morrison appeals from a ruling of the Circuit Court of Jefferson County denying her benefits under the unemployment compensation laws of Alabama pursuant to Ala.Code 1975, § 25-4-78(3)(b). The facts are not in dispute. Appellee, U.S. Pipe and Foundry Company (U.S. Pipe) hired Morrison in June of 1987.
