Plaintiff, Carl Curatola, brought this negligence action against defendant, the Village of Niles, to recover for an injury he received when he fell on Elizabeth Street in Niles, Illinois. The circuit court of Cook County ordered summary judgment in favor of defendant and denied plaintiff's motion to reconsider.
