This is a dog bite case. Defendant Michael Grose appeals from the judgment of the circuit court of Moultrie County entered in favor of plaintiffs Kevin Claxton, a minor, by his father and next friend, Warren Claxton, and Warren Claxton, individually, following a jury trial.
