In this case the Court is called upon to decide the motion to dismiss counts I and II of plaintiffs' complaint filed by defendant Oliver Weldon Nelson, the motion to dismiss count I of plaintiff's amended complaint filed by defendants Robert Jones and William Lewis, and the motion to dismiss the amended complaint filed by defendant Logan Widdowson.
