SEERDEN, Justice.

This is a trespass to try title suit. Trial was to the court. The judgment ordered that the parties were tenants in common of the disputed property. The trial court made findings of fact and conclusions of law. By a single point of error, appellant contends that the trial court erred in declaring her to be a tenant in common with appellee and that the facts found by the trial court entitled her to judgment declaring her the owner...
