Following an ore tenus proceeding, the trial court entered a judgment of divorce dissolving the marriage of Christine and Robert Sammons. The trial court awarded the marital residence to Robert Sammons (husband) upon payment of $15,000 to the wife as a divestiture of her interest in the property.
