Respondents Mike Perry, Carolyn Jonas, Dennis Donahue, Gary Favier, and Donna Etela as trustees of Twin River Estates Subdivision in Jefferson County initiated this action for injunctive relief based upon certain restrictive covenants applicable to appellants' property...
