This appeal is from a judgment against plaintiff Leon R. Mentzer, d/b/a JRAMB & Associates, in a small claims case brought in the circuit court of Coles County against defendant James Dudley. The complaint was filed on November 25, 1991. After an evidentiary hearing at bench, the court entered an order on February 5, 1992, finding plaintiff not entitled to recovery and finding defendant entitled to damages...
