Bard, Inc. appeals the order of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey1, declining to modify an injunction previously entered by consent, based on settlement between the parties. Bard urges that the law upon which the injunction was predicated has now been changed, and that it would be unfair to hold Bard to the original terms of the settlement.
