I. BACKGROUND

The defendant, William J. Tway, who initiated his practice of law in the State of Idaho in 1966, has admitted to four violations of the Idaho Rules of Professional Conduct (IRPC).

1. Tway removed $1,221.24 from his client trust account and applied those monies for purposes not related to the client and without the client's permission. Tway admits the above conduct violated IRPC 1.151 and IRPC...
