COMPTON, Justice.

Leslie Cutting, Inc., Long Island Development, Reid Timber, Inc., (Employers) and Alaska Timber Insurance Exchange (ATIE) appeal the superior court's reversal of the Alaska Workers' Compensation Board's (Board) denial of benefits to Charles Bateman.
