Defendant, Larry Ollins was found guilty after a jury trial of murder, aggravated criminal sexual assault, armed robbery, and aggravated kidnapping. (Ill.Rev.Stat. 1987, ch. 38, pars. 9-1(a)(1), 12-14(a)(2), 18-2(a), 10-2(a)(3).) Defendant was sentenced to serve natural life for the murder charge, 30 years' imprisonment for the aggravated criminal sexual assault and armed robbery charges, to run consecutively, and...
