The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) brought action under § 13(b) of the Federal Trade Commission Act (FTC Act), 15 U.S.C. § 53(b), to secure preliminary and permanent injunctive relief and restitution for Defendants' allegedly unfair and deceptive acts and practices.
