Plaintiff-appellant Barry Franklin Smith (Smith) appeals from the trial court's interlocutory order denying his motion for summary judgment. Smith brought this action against defendant-appellees William E. Breeding, Paul B. Ayers, Jr., Cathy A. Ayers, Patricia Smith, and Donald W. Childers, Auditor of Crawford County (the auditor), to void a tax deed and to quiet title to real estate located in Crawford County. Smith raises several issues for our review...
