Appellant Huang brings this appeal pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §§ 3742(a)(2), (b)(2), (a)(3)(A) and (a)(3)(B), contending that the district court incorrectly applied the Sentencing Guidelines and imposed a sentence which is greater than the sentence specified in the applicable guideline range for 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a), smuggling aliens into the United States.
