Defendant, Victor Watts, was indicted in the circuit court of Stephenson County on one count of delivery of less than one gram of a substance containing cocaine (Ill.Rev. Stat.1989, ch. 56½, par. 1401(c)). Following a jury trial, defendant was found guilty and sentenced to a four-year term of imprisonment.
